never forget a password again

Splashid

I'm a dolt when it comes to passwords. I always forget them, especially when a site forces me to add extra numerals or something. But I don't want to write them down anywhere either, for fear someone might get a hold of my precious slip of paper.

So you can imagine my relief when I learned about SplashID password management software. It stores all your logins and passwords in a completely secure, encrypted system, which you can also transfer to a smartphone like the iPhone, Blackberry or Palm Treo. It gives you tips on creating passwords, or you can use its Password Generator to create unguessable passwords on the fly. And you can store all kinds of confidential information besides passwords — things like bank accounts, credit card numbers, prescriptions, you name it.

You'll never be locked out of a web site again. Hooray!
