remember the milk

Remember_the_milk There's nothing that makes us feel more organized than assembling a to-do list. And nothing more satisfying than crossing items off.

Creating a to-do list online has often been a bit cumbersome, though. So we'd like to give a shout-out to Remember the Milk, one of our favorite online task managers. It's simple to set up but has plenty of powerful features. For example:

  • you can set due dates for each task, estimate how long they'll take, or make them recurring
  • you can create as many different task lists as you want, tag them and store notes with each one
  • you can assign a location for each task and plot them on Google maps, so you can see which tasks are nearby or on your way (genius!)
  • you can get reminders via email, SMS and instant messager
  • you can add tasks on the road via email or your phone, and view your task list on any web-enabled mobile device

The list goes on from there. Give it a whirl this weekend and next week might be your most productive ever.
