Some of her tips for achieving email harmony:

Add please and thank you to keep your tone cordial.

Don’t forward something unless you’re confident the recipient would enjoy receiving it.

Send small files or upload photos to an online gallery and simply send a link to your pics instead.

Avoid being an “e-tattler” by cc-ing folks who don’t need to be in the know.

Keep your signatures simple.

As for wedding invites, opt for the paper variety.
