Some of us skip it. Some of us cook it. Some of us like it light, while some of us prefer it heavy. Some of us get it to go from a drive-thru, and some of us drink it down in the form of a frappuccino or smoothie. Even though what to eat for breakfast (and how much of it) seems under constant debate, the certainty of its importance remains because it’s the only meal that your body has fasted beforehand for a substantial period (i.e. sleep). Thus, whatever you do (or don’t) intake affects your body far more than most other daily consumptions.
We found the following two things interesting: 1) an article on breakfast from New York Magazine here addressing the whys and hows of all the breakfast myths, and 2) the photo gallery of artist Jon Huck here. Are you what you eat?
