Who recalls the Batman movie (Tim Burton’s 1989 version) where the Joker (Jack Nicholson) made beauty and hygiene products cause adverse chemical reactions and poison those who used them? According to Skin Deep, a safety guide to cosmetics and personal care products by researchers at the Environmental Working Group, the plot isn’t so far from the truth. Search their database to check your toiletries for unsafe chemicals. They also have a  sunscreen report that names the best low hazard, high performance sunscreens.
