Pancakes_2Pouring warm maple syrup on a stack of pancakes gets a definite A+ in my book, but what do the different grades of maple syrup really mean? According to this great post on cookingforengineers.com you want to stick with Grade A Light Amber (Fancy) or Grade A Medium Amber for use as table syrup and save the Grade B for pies.
